Exercise isn't just for sports events!

Exercise should be an important part of your everyday life. Get at least 30 minutes a day.

Nutrition

Nutrition is very important. Food gives you energy to learn at school, work at your job, and perform your best in sports.

You need to eat a variety of different foods from the different food groups to stay healthy.
